CoatFlow B.V. started by importing specialty Interpon and Trespa powders for commissioned European architectural and industrial jobs. Working directly with AkzoNobel Belgium and the Trespa supply chain taught the team that sourcing is not the hardest part — what coaters actually struggle with is knowing whether a SKU will ship on time before production planning starts.

The first coatFlow B.V. wave covers 34 Benelux coaters across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Once stock-SKU quoting is stable in that wave, the next step is a SaaS layer on top — order tracking, RFQ workflows, and batch traceability — so coaters can run their shops on the same data we use to run distribution.
The CoatFlow B.V. founding team combines hands-on specialty powder distribution experience in the Netherlands with the SaaS engineering background needed to build the tools under it.
